<br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />April 06, 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />At the Regular Session of the City Council of University City held in the Chambers of the <br />City Hall, on Monday, April 06, 2009, Mayor Adams called the meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Terry Crow <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were City Manager Julie Feier and City Attorney John Mulligan. <br /> <br />C. PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. March 11, 2009, Study Session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Sharpe, <br />and were unanimously approved. <br />2. March 23, 2009, Regular Session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. <br />Wagner and were unanimously approved with Ms. Ricci abstaining because of <br />not being present for that meeting <br />3. March 23, 2009, Study Session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Sharpe <br />and were unanimously approved. <br /> <br />E. APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />F. SWEARING IN <br /> <br />G. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />H. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Annual sidewalk and curb replacement was removed for farther discussion at <br />next Council meeting on April 20, 2009, at which time more requested <br />information could be provided. <br /> <br />I. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br /> <br />J. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />1. BILL 9027 - An ordinance amending Title 15 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to buildings and construction, by repealing Chapter 15.01 thereof, <br />relating to the residential code, and enacting in lieu thereof a new chapter to be <br />known as “Chapter 15.01 Residential Code”; thereby amending Chapter 15.01 so <br />as to adopt the International Residential Code, 2006 edition, with certain changes <br />thereto; containing a savings clause and providing a penalty <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to approve Bill 9027 and was seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
