BILL 9032 – An ordinance amending Title 15 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to the buildings and construction, by repealing Chapter 15.05 <br />thereof, relating to the mechanical code, and enacting in lieu thereof a new <br />chapter to be known as “Chapter 15.05 Mechanical Code”; thereby amending <br />Chapter 15.05 so as to adopt the International Mechanical Code, 2006 edition, <br />with certain changes thereto; containing a savings clause and providing a <br />penalty. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved for approval of Bill 9032 and was seconded by Mr. Crow. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Crow <br />and Mayor Adams <br />NAYS: none <br />Bill 9032 became Ordinance 6776. <br /> <br />6. BILL 9033 - An ordinance amending Title 15 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to buildings and construction, by repealing Chapter 15.06 thereof, <br />relating to the electrical code, and enacting in lieu thereof a new chapter to be <br />known as Chapter 15.06 Electrical Code”; thereby amending Chapter 15.06 so <br />as to adopt the International Code Council, Electrical Code (Administrative <br />Provisions), 2006 edition, with certain changes thereto, and to delete Annex G <br />and amend Section 210.63 of the NFPA 70, National Electrical Code, 2005 <br />edition; containing a savings clause and providing a penalty <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow moved for approval of Bill 9033 and was seconded by Mr. Glickert. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Sharpe, Jr., Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert <br />and Mayor Adams <br />NAYS: none <br />Bill 9033 became Ordinance 6777 <br /> <br />7.
