<br />and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />3. <br />Resolution 2009 – 5 Designating Metropolitan Development- <br />Kingsland Walk Group, as the preferred developer in connection with the <br />redevelopment of an area b ounded by Vernon Street, Kingsland Avenue <br />and Metcalfe Park <br /> <br />Mr. Glickert moved to accept Resolution 2009 – 5, seconded by Ms. Ricci <br />and was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Mr. Glickert asked the City Manager to continue to report to the Council the rounds <br />of golf purchased as one number and the driving range revenue as a separate <br />number. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci thanked the City Manager for supplying the article on the problems facing <br />the inner ring cities, urban versus suburban. She asked for another copy where <br />sentences were not cut off. Ms. Ricci mentioned that it was the same author of an <br />article she supplied the Council with in January. Ms Ricci thanked the City Manager <br />for the information sent on the sewer lateral program. Ms. Ricci would like to have a <br />discussion on this program. <br /> <br />Mr. Crow invited all to view the sculptures placed throughout the City by the <br />participants in the Sculpture Series sponsored by the Arts and Letters Commission. <br />Upon entering the budget season, he encouraged Council to engage citizens in the <br />process as it will be a struggle and the more helping in the process the better. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to go into an executive session to discuss RSMo 610.021 (1) <br />Legal (2) Real Estate. The motion was seconded by Mr. Sharpe. <br /> <br />Roll Call vote was: <br />AYES: Mr. Price, Ms. Ricci, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Crow, Mr. Glickert, Mr. Sharpe, and <br />Mayor Adams <br />NAYS: none <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm, <br />City Clerk <br />
