<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 2009 - 14 <br /> <br /> Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Update of 2005 <br /> <br /> The Comprehensive Plan Update of 2005 is an official policy document of the <br /> City of University City. It provides a concise statement of the City's policies for future <br /> development and redevelopment within the City. Periodically, amendments to the Plan <br /> are recommended to respond to changing conditions. <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Redevelopment Area 9 identifies potential redevelopment <br /> opportunities in the northwestern portion of University City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, five parcels in the northwestern portion of University City (6649, <br /> 6637, 6621 Bartmer avenue and 6630, 6600 Crest avenue) meet the criteria for being in <br /> a redevelopment area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission voted to include these five parcels in <br /> <br /> Redevelopment Area 9 <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of University City adopt this revision to the <br /> Comprehensive Plan Update of 2005. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 31St day of August, 2009 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Jq ' ph Adams <br /> yor <br /> <br /> Attest: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Pumm <br /> ;lerk <br />
