RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the University City Loop Special Business District is a legitimate not-for- <br />profit organization, engaged in tourism marketing in this area, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this organization has shown and demonstrated evidence of its tourism <br />marketing activities and plans, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this organization requires acknowledgment and recognition by a town, <br />village, county, city or municipality to become a qualified participant in the Tourism <br />Cooperative Marketing (TCM) Program administered by the Missouri Division of Tourism, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the University City Loop Special <br />Business District is hereby designated and recognized as the alternate Tourism Destination <br />Marketing Organization (TDMO) for our area. <br /> <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand in the <br /> <br /> City of University City, this <br /> ~ 5th day of January, 1998 <br /> <br />ATTEST: / <br /> <br /> <br />
