<br />NOTICE OF STUDY SESSION <br /> <br />OF THE <br />UNIVERSITY CITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Public Notice is hereby given that a Study Session of the City Council of University City will <br />Monday, October 12, 2009 <br />be held on , at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, <br />6801 Delmar, to consider and discuss the following tentative agenda: <br /> <br />1. Presentation by Ms. Eastman on Performance Management as system of <br />continuous improvement of services at the lowest possible cost. <br />2. Q & A <br />3.
