Map Amendment 547 and 551 North and South Road Section 2. Said properties that are located within the city limits of University City at 547 North and South Road and 551 North and South Road are more fully described as follows: A tract of land being Lot 7 in Block 2 of new Delmar Heights, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 16 Page 52 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for St. Louis County, Missouri, and said tract as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 7 on the westerly line of North and South Road, 60 feet wide; thence along said westerly line, North 07 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East 50.00 feet to the northerly line of said Lot 7; thence along said northerly line, North 82 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West 137.653 feet to the westerly line of said lot 7; thence along said westerly line, South 07 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West 50.00 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 7; thence along said southerly line, South 82 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East 137.59 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 6,880 square feet, more or less, or .16 acre, more or less, according to Survey No. 708- 233 executed by Topos Surveying Corp. in July 2008; and, A tract of land being Lot 6 in Block 2 of New Delmar Heights, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 16 Page 52 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for St. Louis County, Missouri, and said tract also described as follows: Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Lot 6 on the westerly line of North and South Road, 60 feet wide; thence along said westerly line, North 07 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds East 50.00 feet to the northerly line of said Lot 6; thence along said northerly line, North 82 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West 137.65 feet to the westerly line of said Lot 6; thence along said westerly line, South 07 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West 50.00 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 6; thence along said southerly line, South 82 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East 137.63 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 6,880 square feet, more or less, or .16 acre, more or less, according to Survey No,. 708-233 executed by Topos Surveying Corp. in July, 2008. Section 3. The new Official Zoning Map of the City is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof. Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the prosecution of any such violation. Section 5. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 34, Section 34.115 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law.
