Mr. Crow asked about any real estate plans going on. The present plans were Vernon and <br />Kingsland (condos), TIFs at Olive and North and South and at the intersection of Midland <br />and Olive. It was mentioned that Seafood City bought the Value City building and will be <br />moving to that location. <br />Mr. Wagner asked if anything was happening with Wynncrest Apartments or at Delcrest <br />and the answer was no. <br />Mr. Price asked about the plan for a new transfer station. Ms. Feier said they are trying for <br />stimulus money to fund it. Recyclables’ value is way down but saves on dumping fees. <br />Mr. Price asked the City Manager to get figures on expanding Cunninhgam Industrial Park <br />Mr. Crow asked to receive a quarterly report on progress of Council’s goals. <br />Ms. Feier said she would look into having a Council retreat in April or May. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m. <br />Submitted by <br />Joyce Pumm, City Clerk <br /> <br />
