Parts of Forest Park Parkway would soon be opened and <br />signs needed to be posted stating that there will not be any stopping allowed to drop off <br />riders. It would create a tremendous traffic jam. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch asked to table this bill until Council would have time to talk with residents <br />from that area and with staff about enforcement of this bill.
