<br />Regular meeting <br />October 10, 2005 <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch then made the motion to remove the defeat and was seconded by Mr. <br />Wagner. The motion was carried unanimously with a vote of Nay, not to remove Bill <br />8804. <br /> <br />This Bill was given its second reading. <br />This Bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe Jr. moved for adoption and Ms. Colquitt seconded the motion. The Roll Call <br />vote was as follows: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Ms. Brungardt, Mr. Wagner, Ms. Brot, Ms. <br />Welsch, Mr. Sharpe Jr and Mayor Adams. ; NAYS: none. <br /> <br />Bill number 8804 passed and became Ordinance number 6590. <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff thanked the City Council for the Bill just passed but wanted to make sure <br />that the citizens present understood it. Mr. Ollendorff requested of the Council a full <br />pension. Mr. Ollendorff read his retirement statement, which is to be effective, July 14, <br />2006. <br /> <br />BILLS FOR SECOND AND THIRD READING: <br />1.
