AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2 OF THE UNIVERSITY
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION AND PERSONNEL,
BY ENACTING THEREIN A NEW CHAPTER TO BE KNOWN AS "CHAPTER 2.57
RESIDENTIAL INFILL REVIEW BOARD"; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE
AND PROVIDING A PENAL TV.

Citizen Comments:
Harley Smith, 7025 Washington
Mr. Smith wanted to speak against the Infill Review Board. It is a bad policy, a bad
legislative policy and a bad social policy. He felt City and especially the school district
gained more from a new higher assessed house than from what existed.

Paul Schoomer, #7 Princeton
Mr. Schoomer felt the bill was discriminatory. The Planning and Zoning Commission
are the only ones that are to set limits. It challenges property rights. Bill could delay
project for weeks.

Richard Dockett, 6844 Crest Ave
Mr. Dockett supported owners talking and meeting with owners.

Wilma Kenell, 1332 Purdue
Ms. Kenell was for the Infill Review Board as she has seen new houses replacing old
home which don't fit with others in neighborhood. She had concerns over siding instead
of brick and lack of cross ventilation.

The bill was given its second reading.
The bill was given its third reading.

Page 6
