Site Plan Review application for 8125 Groby Road – Brittany Woods <br />Middle Schoolexpansion: <br />The Brittany Woods Site Plan Staff Review is attached identifying the 1-story <br />library addition, 2 story classroom addition, expansion of circle drive and parking. <br />Staff recommends approval. <br />2. University City Alumni Event <br />A Council Member previously requested the opportunity to vote on funding the <br />annual Alumni Event. The event last year was a success and the organizers are <br />planning ahead for next summer. As you saw there were substantial park <br />reservations required and the same will be required for the upcoming event. <br />Would Council like to waive fees for the next annual University City Alumni <br />event not to exceed $1,500? <br />3. Qdoba is requesting to downgrade their liquor license <br />. They are renewing <br />their license and wish to downgraded to a license for malt liquor in excess 3.2% <br />and not in excess of 5% alcohol, by the drink, retail. Qdoba's alcohol sales <br />account for less than 4% of the gross revenue. Staff recommends approval. <br /> <br />
