A Site Plan Review <br />is required because additions exceeding 1,000 square feet require City Council <br />approval per Section 34-120 in Article 10 of the Zoning Code. The applicant proposes <br />an expansion of the existing building by adding a 1-story library addition (6,294 sq. ft.) at <br />the southwest corner of the building and a 2-story classroom addition (14,411 sq. ft.). <br />The applicant is also proposing an expansion of the existing circle drive and additional <br />parking.
