<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />APRIL 17, 2006 <br /> <br />At a Regular Session of the City Council of University City held outside at the front of <br />University City Hall, 6801 Delmar, on Monday, April 17, 2006. Mayor Joseph Adams <br />called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following <br />Councilmembers were present: <br /> Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br /> Ms. Francine Brungardt <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Ms. Shelley Welsch <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br />Mr. Sharpe Jr., motioned to approve the minutes of, March 4, 2005, Regular Session as <br />amended, and was seconded by Ms. Welsch. They were approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe Jr., motioned to approve the minutes of, March 20, 2005, Regular Session <br />as amended, and was seconded by Ms. Colquitt. They were approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe Jr., motioned to approve the minutes of, March 13, 2005, Special Session <br />as amended, and was seconded by Ms. Welsch. They were approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Welsch motioned to approve the minutes of, March 24, 2005, Special Session as <br />amended, and was seconded by Mr. Sharpe Jr. They were approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Brot motioned to approve the minutes of, March 29, 2005, Special Session as <br />amended, and was seconded by Ms. Welsch. They were approved unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Members sworn in at City Clerk’s office were: <br />1. Cameron Sanders, IRB Board <br />2.
