Legislative Budget
: Council requested the consideration of legislative funds to cover the
cost of the strategic planning consultant or possibly home loan programs. At the time I did not
believe there were any available funds. However, there was $40,000 budgeted in the
legislative budget for elections. Due to a large amount of participation, the election will only
cost $14,000. $3,000 was needed to cover the shared cost for the second floor copier and
$2,000 will be used to cover the strategic planning costs.
