to be known as “Section 9.20.010 endangering the welfare of a child”, thereby <br />amending said section so as to incorporate changes in state law; containing a savings <br />clause and providing a penalty. <br />3. <br />BILL 9070 – An ordinance authorizing a ground lease by and between the City of <br />University City, Missouri and the Washington University for real property at or near <br />6601 Vernon Avenue, on which a fire station will be constructed and operated. <br />4. <br />BILL 9071 – An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing section 10.36.090 thereof, <br />relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and enacting in <br />lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 stop intersections – <br />vehicles to stop at certain intersections” thereby amending said section so as for traffic <br />on Braddock Avenue to stop at Laughlin Avenue and for traffic on Appleton Drive to <br />stop at Laughlin Avenue and traffic on Teasdale Avenue to stop at Gay Avenue; <br />containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br />L.
