Geoffrey Lane: West side thereof from a distance of thirty (30) feet south of the north side of a triangular park located between West Canterbury Drive and Geoffrey Lane. George Street: Both sides of the street from Melrose Avenue to the dead end. Groby Road: West side thereof from a distance of three hundred ten (310) feet south of the south line of Olive Boulevard. North side thereof from a distance of three hundred ten (310) feet south of the south line of Olive Boulevard. East side thereof for a distance of three hundred twenty (320) feet south of the south line of Olive Boulevard.
