West Canterbury Drive: North side of triangular park located between West Canterbury Drive and <br />Geoffrey Lane. East side thereof for a distance of thirty (30) feet from the north side of triangular <br />park located between West Canterbury Drive and Geoffrey Lane. <br />Westgate Avenue: West side thereof from Olive Boulevard to North Drive. <br />Wilshire Avenue: The west side thereof from How Avenue to Morgan Avenue and the east side <br />thereof from How Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet north thereof and the east side thereof <br />from Olive Boulevard to the alley south thereof. <br />(Ord. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation <br />from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, Section 10.44.010, nor bar <br />the prosecution for any such violation. <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, <br />upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, section 1.12.010 of the <br />University City Municipal Code. <br />Section 4.
