MEMORANDUM OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> THIS MEMORANDUM OF LEASE AGREEMENT is made and entered <br />into this ___ day of ______________, 2010, by and between THE WASHINGTON <br />UNIVERSITY, a corporation established by special act of the Missouri legislature <br />approved February 22, 1853 and acts amendatory thereto ("Landlord"), having an address <br />at 1 Brookings Drive, St. Louis, Missouri 63130-4899, and THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, a political subdivision of the State of Missouri <br />("Tenant"), having an address at 6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri <br />63130. <br /> WITNESSETH, THAT: <br /> Landlord and Tenant have entered into a Lease Agreement of even date <br />herewith demising the premises described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein for a period of seventy-five (75) years commencing on the date of this instrument <br />(the “Initial Period”) on the terms and conditions more fully set forth in said Lease <br />Agreement, which terms and conditions are hereby incorporated herein as though more <br />fully set forth at length. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Landlord and Tenant have entered into this <br />Memorandum of Lease Agreement the day and year first above written. <br />LANDLORD:TENANT: <br />THE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI <br />By:________________________________ <br /> Name: Henry S.
