MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL SESSION <br />April 22, 2010 <br />At the Regular Session of the City Council of University City held in the Chambers of the City Hall, <br />on Monday, April 22, 2010, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In <br />addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Mr. Terry Crow <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Mr. Wagner was excused. <br />Also in attendance were City Manager Julie Feier and City Attorney John Mulligan. <br />C. PROCLAMATION <br />1. <br />Councilmember Glickert presented Mayor Joseph L. Adams with the proclamation from the <br />Council. <br />Mayor Adams thanked the present and all of the previous Councils in which he served with and <br />thanked them for serving the City because that is what it is all about. <br />D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />E. APPOINTMENTS <br />F. SWEARING IN <br />G. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />H. CONSENT AGENDA <br />I. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br />1. <br />City Manager Ms. Feier stated that there was a change in ownership liquor license up for <br />approval. The former place was Racanelli’s Cucina and is now to open as Market Pub <br />House at 6655 Delmar. The liquor license is for sale of liquor by drink with Sunday sales. <br />Mr. Price moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Sharpe and was approved unanimously. <br />J. NEW BUSINESS <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />1. <br />Resolution 2010 – 6 <br />This resolution was the April 6, 2010, Municipal Election results certified by the St. Louis <br />County Board of Election Commission. <br />Mr. Glickert moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Sharpe and was approved unanimously. <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
