<br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />REGULAR SESSION <br />February 22, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br />At the Regular Session of the City Council of University City held in the Chambers of the City Hall, <br />on Monday, February 22, 2010, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In <br />addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Terry Crow <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Mr. Glickert had an excused absence. <br />Also in attendance were City Manager Julie Feier and City Attorney John Mulligan. <br /> <br />C. PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. <br />February 8, 2010, Study Session minutes were moved for approval by Mr. Price, and were <br />approved unanimously. <br />2. <br />February 8, 2010, Regular Session minutes as were moved for approval by Mr., seconded <br />by and were approved unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />E. APPOINTMENTS <br />1. <br />Paulette Carr was appointed to the Plan Commission by Ms. Ricci, seconded by Mr. <br />Wagner and was approved unanimously. <br />2. <br />Nathan Zelinske and Hilary Davidson were appointed to the Green Practice Commission by <br />Mayor Adams, seconded by Mr. Wagner and were approved unanimously. <br />3. <br />Catherine Nichols was reappointed to the Traffic Commission by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., seconded <br />by Mr. Wagner and was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />F. SWEARING IN <br />1. <br />William Fields was sworn in to the Parks Commission <br /> <br />G. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />H. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />I. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br />1. <br />Liquor Licenses for Walgreens at 630 McKnight and 7501 Olive Blvd, to include Sunday <br />sales. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved for approval, seconded by Mr. Crow and was approved unanimously <br /> <br />2. <br />Cooperation agreements for the construction and maintenance of the Centennial Greenway. <br />Great Rivers Greenway requested agreements be in place for the future maintenance <br />responsibilities for the Centennial Greenway before construction began. The agreement <br />was for two stretches of trail along Ackert and Mehlville to complete section going from <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
