<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 2010 - 9 <br /> <br /> LAND & WATER CONSERVATION FUND <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of University City is a city in the county of St. Louis, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City deems it necessary to improve Mooney Park with a new playground <br /> to serve its citizens; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an initial grant application was submitted to the State of Missouri; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has recommended funding of a new playground; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF UNIVERSITY CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br /> 1.
