The following bids were <br />received: <br />Vendor Bid Price <br />Tom Adair Construction, Inc. $49,500.00 <br />Williams Concrete Construction, Inc. $48,180.00 <br />This construction is funded through the capital improvement plan in FY11. After <br />construction of this portion of the paths, the City will be approximately 60% <br />complete on concrete paths. We have enhanced over six holes, with the <br />remaining two holes being the longest. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Parks Department recommends that an award be <br />made to Williams Concrete Construction for the low bid of $48,180.00. <br />June 21, 2010 I-8-1 <br />
