to make this City successful. Mr. Kraft welcomes everyone constructive criticism, comments
and ideas.
Ms. Ricci asked Ms. Watson if she could pass on any information the City receives on the flood
funding. She asked that the City create an email list of interested parties so updates the City
receives can be quickly sent to them to keep them informed. Ms. Ricci stated that on the
contract to Mr. Walker, there was nothing under handed. Council would have nothing to
approve on July 12 unless it was presented with a contract that one side already signed. That
is just the process of signing a contract and could have happened when you bought your
house, especially if the terms are negotiated; the party accepts the contract; then the second
party does their part. She thanked everyone for coming and their questions are always
welcomed and think they are very valuable.
Mayor Pro-tem stated that even though all things do not always go your way, in your direction;
please do not stop coming and giving Council your advice and comments. He reminded
everyone of the Starlight Concerts on Monday nights. Mayor Pro-tem Sharpe stated that many
times there are things that happen as far as Council is concern that many of us are pleased
with each other and some of are not pleased with each other. All we can do, as Mr. Price and
Mr. Kraft said, is to move on.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
Joyce Pumm
City Clerk
8
