INTRODUCED BY:Mr. Kraft DATE: July 26, 2010 <br />90826822 <br />BILL NO.ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS ROSEDALE HEIGHTS <br />SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOTS 30 AND 31, LOCATED AT 6647 AND <br />6651 WASHINGTON AVENUE. <br />WHEREAS, on June 7, 2010, Washington University in St. Louis, represented by Cheryl <br />Adelstein, Director of Community Relations, submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a <br />tract of land to be known as Rosedale Heights Subdivision of part of Lots 30 and 31 located at <br />6647 and 6651 Washington Avenue, University City, Missouri; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting on June 23, 2010, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code, and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Rosedale Heights Subdivision of part of Lots <br />30 and 31 and located at 6647 and 6651 Washington Avenue, University City, St. Louis County, <br />Missouri. The final subdivision plat consolidates two lots, zoned HR – High Density <br />Residential, into one lot, Lot 30A. <br />Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit “A” is hereby approved. <br />Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage <br />as provided by law. <br />th <br />PASSED this 9 day of August, 2010. <br /> <br />
