He asked if there was a frontage to the first lot. <br /> Mr. Ollendorff said it was a corner lot at Etzel and Kingsland, although Mr. Ken- <br /> dall lived on Crest, Mr. Schoomer asked if the adjacent owner had been contacted. <br /> Mr. Ollendorff said a letter had gone out about six weeks ago, informing adjacent <br /> owners of the availability of property next to theirs, but this particular owner <br /> did not respond. He said the Kendall lot was buildable, but was zoned residential <br /> and was unlikely ever to be zoned commercial, He noted very little building was <br /> going on in that area. <br /> All voted Aye. <br /> PERSONNEL REPORT <br /> <br /> The Personnel report for the week ending July 24, 1982 was received and ordered <br /> filed. <br /> BILLS FOR SECOND READING <br /> <br /> BILL NO. 7542 - AMENDING CHAPTER 18 MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO LICENSE AND BUSINESS <br /> REGULATIONS BY REPEALING SECTION 18-19, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION <br /> TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 18-19. LISTING OF BUSINESSES HAVING SET FEES; AMOUNTS OF <br /> FEES," BY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO INCREASE THE LICENSE FEE FOR AUTOMATIC <br /> COIN-OPERATED MACHINES. <br /> Bill No. 7542 was given its second reading. <br /> It was pointed out that Mr. Lieberman had asked that consideration of this bill be <br /> postponed until the next meeting, when he will be in attendance.
