<br />Mayor Welsch said she is working on organizing a meeting on the River DesPeres to try to <br />gather information from residents who are impacted by River DesPeres, who are not on the <br />Wilson Ave. buyout list. A tentative date is scheduled for November 15. She asked residents <br />to pick up a Make a Difference Day flyer on their way out of tonight’s meeting. Mayor Welsch <br />stated a group of citizens have started to organized a carnival for next Memorial Day weekend <br />events.
