He said he has never stated anything that is inaccurate, so there is no substantiation from the Mayor that I am telling the community something inaccurate. On the point of impugning the reputation of other members, he finds it ironic that when he comes into the Council meeting it appears that everybody already knows the whole agenda. He said the City Attorney never approached him and said Mr. Price if you do this it puts the City in jeopardy. He said Mr. Crow and Mr. Sharpe were not told that. The next bullet point was on questioning the City Manager repeatedly and not providing him with sufficient time to respond. He said the City Manager is not elected. Mr. Price said the elected officials up here have been charged by the citizens to look out on their behalf. He doesn’t even represent the residents on Wilson and as he recalls their Council people voted against giving them the buy-out money. 15
