Chief Miner <br />said they have joined forces with North County but there was not enough interest the last time it was <br />offered but the Department will try again and try to publicize it more. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci noted that the handouts with the breakdown provided by both departments have been very <br />helpful. <br /> <br />Mr. Miner was excused. <br /> <br />Mr. Kraft said Council inadvertently set up Council rules so that as it stands now, only the City <br />Manager can put things on the agenda. He offered to work with someone on a further revision of the <br />rules on a Friday afternoon. <br /> <br />Ms. Ricci offered to help but said they could all probably agree that if anyone wanted to put something <br />on the agenda it should be handled as it was in the previous set of rules.
