Over 2 million <br />dollars are currently outstanding and delinquent. In an attempt to resolve this issue they <br />have launched an aggressive collection program for January 16, 2008 – March 14, 2008. <br />This will include communication of the issue to all residents of University City. <br /> <br />“Single Stage—recycling is currently being finalized city wide. <br /> <br />
