Need to determine who distributes funds, how does the <br />committee gain access for the marketing, publicity, prizes? It is hoped that financial <br />awards will increase the quality of the work that is submitted. Calla suggested cash <br />prizes be dependent upon the number of entries. The 2009 calendar will present <br />children’s artwork from the Centennial Commons Summer Camp participants. The 2010 <br />calendar will be created with photos from the fall 2008 photo competition. <br /> <br />Starlight Concert – Chairperson, Creda Stewart <br /> <br />Creda absent. <br />Tom reports that all concerts are booked, poster with error has been changed, flyers <br />passed out to members present for distribution and advertisement. Sign-up list passed to <br />members. Barbara Santoro motioned to allocate $50/nite/concert for raffle prizes. <br />Marilyn Cathcart seconded the motion. Motion carried.
