 <br /> <br />Art in the Garden is asking for volunteers for the trial run this fall. This will be a <br />spring event in the future. <br /> <br />break & announcement – there will be no meeting of the commission in August. <br /> <br />Photo Show – Chairperson - Barbara Santoro <br /> <br /> <br />Barbara and Tom will send photos to Regina for posting to the website and to the <br />Art Zipper. <br /> <br /> <br />Banks will may continue to display photos after the show. <br /> <br /> <br />Claire brought up for discussion, cancelling the photo show. Commissioners <br />discussed this and decided to continue with it. The change in time of year made <br />the show seem unsuccessful in 2008, but we are hopeful that this was a one-time <br />thing and interest will continue to grow. <br /> <br />Starlight Concert – Co-chairs, Tom McMarthy McCarthy & Kim Chilton <br />th <br /> <br /> <br />August 10, 6:30 to 8:30 is the rescheduled Fanfare concert. <br /> <br /> <br />Satin was cancelled due to weather and may be rescheduled for September 12, <br />after the Puppy Pool Party. <br /> <br />Movies in the Park series – Chairperson, Jennifer Stokes <br />th <br /> <br /> <br />Last movie of the season is An American in Paris, at Flynn Park on the 25. <br /> <br />Lions Gate 100 Year Anniversary – Dan Martin & Tom McMarthy McCarthy <br /> <br /> <br />Historical Society is deciding on a date for the lion auction.
