AND LINDA <br />HILEMAN COLBY <br />Allan K. and Linda Hileman Colby requested a variance of Section 34-30.3 in order to permit <br />construction of an addition to their home reducing the 15' side yard requirement to 4'10" at 7749 <br />Gannon. The variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />CASE #2307 - VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A SECOND STORY BAY WINDOW, REDUCE <br />MINIMUM LOT WIDTH, REDUCE MINIMUM LOT AREA, INCREASE LOT COVERAGE, <br />DECREASE RIGHT OF WAY SETBACK, DECREASE MINIMUM OPEN SPACE AND <br />LOCATE AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CLOSER THAN 10' FROM A PRIMARY <br />STRUCTURE OR OTHER ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, CHRIS RHOADES <br />The Board and the Applicant agreed to continue the public hearing for this Variance until the <br />October 16, 1991 meeting. <br />CASE #2308 - SIDE YARD VARIANCE AT 7400 UNIVERSITY, MR. Green requested a variance of Section 34-30.3 in order to permit the <br />construction of a three car garage reducing the 15' side yard requirement to 10' at 7400 University. <br />The Variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />CASE #2309 - VARIANCES FOR REAR YARD AND TO LOCATE A PRINCIPAL <br />STRUCTURE'S ADDITION CLOSER THAN 10' FROM AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, <br />RICHARD L. MURRAY <br />Richard L. Murray requested a variance of Sections 34-30.3(d) and 34-52.5(c) in order to permit the <br />construction of a rear addition to his home at 7260 Northmoor. The construction will reduce the <br />required 30' rear yard to 15' and reduce the distance between the principal structure and an accessory <br />structure to 8'.
