Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />CASE #2322 - REQUEST FOR CONTINUANCE OF PREVIOUSLY RESCHEDULED <br />HEARING TO MARCH MEETING, DONALD MILLS, REPRESENTED BY STAN <br />GOLDSTEIN OF S & G BUILDERS, 7752 BURR OAK <br />Donald Mills requested a continuance of the previously rescheduled February 19, 1992 public <br />hearing to the March meeting, so that he may revise his application. The continuance was granted <br />by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />CASE #2323 - FRONT YARD VARIANCE FOR CARPORT, CLARENCE MILLER, 8372 <br />BRADDOCK <br />Clarence Miller requested a variance of Section 34-30.3(b) and Section 34-52.5(e) to keep a carport <br />that encroaches 18'2" passed the front yard building line reducing the front yard setback to 6'10" at <br />8372 Braddock. The Variance was denied by a vote of 3 (nay) - 2 (aye). <br />CASE #2324 - SIDE YARD VARIANCE FOR DECK, MARGARET & DENNIS BALFE, 7210 <br />CORNELL <br />Margaret & Dennis Balfe requested a side yard variance of Sections 34-30.3(c) and 34-52.5(b) to <br />construct a deck that will encroach 2.12' into the 6' required side yard at 7210 Cornell. The variance <br />was granted by a vote 5 - 0. <br />
