HillRE:Board of Adjustment Meeting <br />Section 34-66 of the University City Zoning Code requires that the minutes of Board of Adjustment <br />meetings be filed in your office. <br />A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Wednesday, April 15, 1992 in the E.O.C. room of City <br />Hall. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />CASE #2307 - VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT A SECOND STORY BAY WINDOW, <br />REDUCE MINIMUM LOT WIDTH, REDUCE MINIMUM LOT AREA, INCREASE LOT <br />COVERAGE, DECREASE RIGHT OF WAY SETBACK, DECREASE MINIMUM OPEN <br />SPACE AND LOCATE AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CLOSER THAN 10' FROM A <br />PRIMARY STRUCTURE OR OTHER ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, CHRIS RHOADES <br />Mr. Hill informed the Board that this variance application had been continued four times since filed <br />in August, 1991, most recently from the January, 1991 meeting to the April 1992 meeting. The <br />applicant was written after the January continuance and notified that further continuances would <br />most likely be denied by the Board. The applicant has not contacted the City since the January <br />meeting. The Board voted 5 - 0 to deny any other continuances for this application and therefore to <br />void application #2307. <br />CASE #2327 - SIDE YARD VARIANCE FOR DECK, MICHAEL STERN, 1075 WILSON <br />Michael Stern requested a variance of Section 34-52.5(b) and 34-30.3(c) in order to construct a deck <br />that encroaches 4' into the required 6' side yard at 1075 Wilson. The variance was granted by a vote <br />of 5 - 0. <br />CASE #2328 - REAR YARD VARIANCE FOR ADDITION, STEVE AND SHARON <br />GOODMAN, 8132 GANNON <br />The Zoning Administrator informed the Board that the applicants had withdrawn their application <br />that afternoon. Therefore, the Board informally decided to inactivate application #2328. <br />
