Hill, Zoning Administrator:Board of Adjustment Meeting <br />Section 34-66 of the University City Zoning Code requires that the minutes of Board of Adjustment <br />meetings be filed in your office. <br />A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Wednesday, October 21, 1992 in the E.O.C. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2341 - Front yard variance for addition at 8410 Cornell, Herman and Jewel Johnson <br />Since only four voting members of the board were present, the applicant was given the option to <br />continue their case to following month. The applicant chose to continue the case. Members of the <br />audience who were in attendance for this hearing were instructed to return on November 18, 1992. <br />Case #2342 - Side yard variance for rear porch at 7075 Corbitt, Leroy Brown represented by <br />Samuel Stein <br />Mr. Stein requested, on behalf of Mr. Brown, a variance of §34-30.3(b) of the University City <br />Zoning Code to permit construction of a rear porch/deck that will encroach 2'11" in to the 15' <br />required side yard at 7075 Corbitt. The variance was granted by a vote of 4 - 0. <br />Case #2315 - Extension of variance granting off-premise advertising sign at 8214 Olive for <br />Corvette Place Subdivision, Bernard Tobin and Arthur Roufa representing the Toro <br />Corporation <br />The Board of Adjustment noted that the variance was approved November 11, 1991, was extended <br />May 20, 1992 as a temporary variance expiring November 18, 1992. The six month extension to <br />May 17, 1993 was granted by a vote of 4 - 0. <br />
