Hill, Zoning Administrator:Board of Adjustment Meeting <br />Section 34-66 of the University City Zoning Code requires that the minutes of Board of Adjustment <br />meetings be filed in your office. <br />A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Wednesday, November 18, 1992 in the Fourth Floor <br />Meeting Room of City Hall. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Continuance of Case #2341 - Front yard variance for addition at 8410 Cornell, Herman and <br />Jewel Johnson <br />Mr. and Mrs. Johnson requested a variance of §34-30.3(b) of the University City Zoning Code to <br />permit construction of a front dining room addition that will encroach up to 6' passed the front <br />building line at 8410 Cornell. The variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0 with the condition that <br />landscaping improvements to the project area be in keeping with the existing landscaping. <br />
