A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Wednesday, January <br />20, 1993 in the E.O.C. Meeting Room in the basement of City Hall. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Extension of Variance #2330 - Front and rear yard variances for building addition at 725 <br />Swarthmore, Sidney Machefsky <br />Mr. Machefsky requested a 180 day extension of variance #2330. The extension was granted by a <br />vote of 4 - 0, with the condition that suitable landscaping, as shown in the site plan submitted with <br />application 2330, be installed and maintained to adequately screen the improvement from the right- <br />of-way. <br />Extension of Variance #2336 - Front yard variance for single family home at 846 Lionsgate, <br />Michael Mullenix representing Dominion Properties <br />Mr. Mullenix requested a 180 day extension of variance #2330. The extension was granted by a vote <br />of 4 - 0. <br />Case #2343 - Height variance for tennis court fence at 6306 McPherson, Jean Ensminger <br />Ms. Ensminger requested a variance of §34-52.3(f) of the University City Zoning Code to permit <br />construction of a tennis court fence ten (10) feet in height at 6306 McPherson. The variance was <br />granted by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />Case #2344 - Side yard variances for rear addition at 7077 Melrose, Lee and Doris Rice <br />represented by Michael E. Boggeman <br />Mr. Boggeman requested a variance of §34-30.3(b) and (c) to permit construction of a rear addition <br />that will reduce the 15' required west side yard to 12.25' and reduce the 6' required east side yard to <br />4'8" at 7077 Melrose. The variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />
