A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Wednesday, April 21, <br />1993 in the E.O.C. Meeting Room in the basement of City Hall. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2315 - Extension of off-premise real estate sign variance at 8214 Olive / 8200 <br />Swarthmore, Arthur Roufa and Bernard Tobin <br />Mr. Tobin requested an extension of Variance #2315 originally granted on November 20, 1991, <br />extended on May 20, 1992 and extended for a second time on October 21, 1992. The extension was <br />granted by a vote of 5 - 0. Mr. Harris did not vote during this case. <br />Case #2347 - Fence height variance at 7037 Lindell, Gwen Knight and William C. Carr <br />Gwen Knight requested a variance of §34-24.4(c) and (d) of the University City Zoning Code to keep <br />an existing fence that exceeds 6' in height at 7037 Lindell. The variance was granted by a vote of <br />5 - 0. Mr. Harris did not vote during this case. <br />Case #2346 - Side yard and rear yard variance for rear addition at 1461 Forest Green Court, <br />William M. Boyd <br />Mr. Boyd requested a variance of §34-30.3(c) and (d) of the University City Zoning Code to permit <br />construction of a rear addition to his home that will encroach .23' into the 6' required side yard and <br />4.43' into the 30' required rear yard at 1461 Forest Green Court. The variance was granted by a vote <br />of 4 - 0. Mr. Brown and Mr. Sushelsky did not vote during this case. <br />
