A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Wednesday, May 19, <br />1993 in the Fourth Floor Meeting Room of City Hall. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2346 - Side yard and rear yard variance for rear addition at 1461 Forest Green Court, <br />William M. Boyd (Re-heard) <br />Due to improper notice for the April 21, 1993 hearing, the Board re-heard this case after proper <br />public notice for this hearing was made. Mr. Boyd requested a variance of §34-30.3(c) and (d) of <br />the University City Zoning Code to permit construction of a rear addition to his home that will <br />encroach .23' into the 6' required side yard and 4.43' into the 30' required rear yard at 1461 Forest <br />Green Court. The variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. Mr. Brown did not vote during this case. <br />Case #2348 - Side yard variance for rear addition at 6758 Vernon, Olla McElroy <br />Due to new evidence surfacing, just prior to the hearing, that may have allowed the applicant to build <br />the proposed construction without a variance, this matter was continued to the June meeting to give <br />the applicant the option to proceed or withdraw the application. <br />Case #2349 - Side yard variance for two-car garage at 408 Mission Court, Michael and Jeanne <br />Flood <br />Mr. and Mrs. Flood requested a variance of §34-30.3(c) of the University City Zoning Code to <br />permit construction of a two-car garage that will encroach 5'4" into the 6' required side yard at 408 <br />Mission Court. The variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. Mr. Mandry did not vote during this <br />case. <br />
