The extension was granted by a vote <br />of 5 - 0. <br />Case #2350 - Front yard variance for child's playhouse / treehouse at 825 Midland, Anne S. <br />and Robert E. Lewis <br />Mrs. and Mr. Lewis requested a variance of §34-52.5(d) of the University City Zoning Code to <br />permit construction of a child's playhouse / treehouse that will encroach 7.5' passed the front 20' <br />building line at 825 Midland. The variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />Case #2351 - Side yard variance for second story addition at 7227 Greenway, Robert Hullett <br />represented by Randall Comfort <br />Mr. Hullett and Mr. Comfort requested a variance of §34-30.3(c) of the University City Zoning Code <br />to permit construction of a second story addition on top of an existing single story portion of Mr. <br />Hullett's residence that will encroach 2' into 6' required side yard at 7227 Greenway. The variance <br />was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />
