Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2360 - Side yard variance for satellite dish at 6574 Corbitt, Mark Stigall representing <br />Claude Pleasant <br />Mr. Hill announced that the applicant had withdrawn the application and had agreed to move the <br />satellite dish 1'5" in order to comply with the 15' required side yard. The Board accepted the <br />withdrawal and the file was closed. <br />Case #2361 - Side yard setback variance for a carport at 7889 Wayne, Mary Johnson <br />Mary Johnson requested a variance of §34-30.3(c) of the University City Zoning Code to allow her <br />to keep a carport that was erected without a permit and encroached 6' into the 6' required side yard. <br />The variance was denied by a vote of 5 - 0. The applicant was ordered to remove the structure. <br />
