Hill, Zoning Administrator:Board of Adjustment Meeting <br />Section 34-66 of the University City Zoning Code requires that the minutes of Board of Adjustment <br />meetings be filed in your office. A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Wednesday, January <br />19, 1994 in the E.O.C. room of City Hall. The meeting commenced at 7:30 p.m. <br />Members PresentMembers Absent <br />James R. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2360 - Side yard variance for satellite dish at 6574 Corbitt, Mark Stigall representing <br />Claude Pleasant <br />Mr. Hill announced that the applicant had withdrawn the application and had agreed to move the <br />satellite dish 1'5" in order to comply with the 15' required side yard. The Board accepted the <br />withdrawal and the file was closed. <br />Case #2361 - Side yard setback variance for a carport at 7889 Wayne, Mary Johnson <br />Mary Johnson requested a variance of §34-30.3(c) of the University City Zoning Code to allow her <br />to keep a carport that was erected without a permit and encroached 6' into the 6' required side yard. <br />The variance was denied by a vote of 5 - 0. The applicant was ordered to remove the structure. <br />
