Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2363 - Side yard variance for rear addition at 1330 Fairview, Mr. and Mrs. Pinell Moore <br />represented by Fernando Smith and Michael Hostedler of Missouri Construction, Co. <br />Mr. Smith requested a variance of §34-30.3(c) to permit construction of a rear addition that will <br />encroach 4' into the 6' required side yard at 1330 Fairview. The variance was granted by a vote of <br />5 - 0. <br />Extension of Variance #2356 - Rear yard variance for rear addition at 7916 Teasdale, Ray and <br />Jerri Kennedy <br />Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy requested a 180 day extension of variance #2356. The extension was granted <br />by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />Extension and Redesign of Variance #2354 - Sign variances for a building identification sign <br />for a building less than 100' in height and a primary sign for a basement tenant all at 6665 <br />Delmar, Mark Shapiro of Louis London, Inc. represented by Brunson Russum of The <br />Lawrence Group <br />Mr. Russum requested a 180 day extension of variance #2354 with a redesign of the previously <br />approved signs. The extension with the redesign as submitted with the January 18, 1994 request for <br />extension was granted by a vote of 4 - 0. Ms. McMurry did not vote on this agenda item. <br />
