Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Extension of Variance #2315 - Sign variance for off-premise real estate sign at 8200 <br />Swarthmore / 8214 Olive, Arthur Roufa and Bernard Tobin <br />Mr. Tobin and Mr. Roufa requested a 180 day extension of variance #2315. The extension was <br />denied by a vote of 2 (yea) - 3(nay). <br />Case #2364 - Side yard variance for addition at 7314 Maryland, Richard and Pam Miles <br />Richard and Pam Miles requested a variance of §34-30.3(c) to permit construction of an addition that <br />will encroach 2.4' into the 6' required side yard at 7314 Maryland. The variance was granted by a <br />vote of 5 - 0. <br />Case #2365 - Sign (light) variance for strips of light outlining architectural features of the <br />building at 7380 Olive, Long John Silvers <br />Long John Silvers requested a variance of §34-100.8 to keep previously erected strips of lights <br />outlining rooflines, doors, windows, wall edges or other architectural features of the building at 7380 <br />Olive. The variance was denied by a vote of 5(nay) - 0(yea). <br />Case #2366 - Side yard variance for a/c unit at 7800 Lafon, Bob Wood of Clayton Investment <br />Corp. <br />Bob Wood of Clayton Investment Corp. requested a variance of §34-24.4(d) and §34-52.5(d) to keep <br />an air conditioning unit that has been located with an encroachment of 5.5' into the 6' side yard at <br />7800 Lafon. The variance was granted by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />
