Hill, Zoning Administrator:Board of Adjustment Meeting <br />Section 34-66 of the University City Zoning Code requires that the minutes of Board of Adjustment <br />meetings be filed in your office. A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on September 21, 1994 <br />in the E.O.C. room of City Hall. The meeting commenced at 7:35 p.m. <br />Members PresentMembers Absent <br />James R. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Bruce Lammers, Third Alternate <br />Mr. Harris announced that he would not be voting on the any of the agenda items. <br />Extension of Variance #2356 - Rear yard variance for addition at 7916 Teasdale, Ray and Jerri <br />Kennedy <br />Mr. and Mrs. Kennedy requested a 180 day extension of variance #2356. The extension was granted <br />by a vote of 5 - 0. <br />Case #2368 - Side and rear yard variance for shed at 7571 Stanford, Alex and Phyllis Kane <br />Mr. and Mrs. Kane requested a variance of §34-52.(a) and (b) to keep a previously erected shed that <br />encroaches 2' into the 5' required rear yard and 3'4" into the 6' required side yard at 7571 Stanford. <br />The variance was granted by a vote of 4 to 1. <br />Case #2369 - Side yard and overhang variance for garage at 1109 North & South, Jetinende <br />Seehra <br />Mr. Seehra requested a variance of §34--52.5(b) and 34-24.4(d) to erect a garage that will encroach <br />3' into the six foot required side yard and have an overhang that will extend 2" further into the side <br />yard than permitted at 1109 North & South. The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to 0. <br />
