Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2373 - Side yard variance for shed at 7575 Stanford, John Clark and Lisa Hummel <br />Mr. Clark and Ms. Hummel requested a variance of §34-52.5(b) to keep a shed erected without a <br />permit that encroaches 5'7" into the 6' required side yard at 7575 Stanford. The variance was denied <br />by a vote of 3 (nay) to 2 (aye). <br />Case #2372 - Sign variance to keep off-premise real estate sign at parking lot of Steak `n Shake <br />8214 Olive, Toro Corporation <br />Mr. Arthur Roufa and Mr. Bernard Tobin representing the Toro Corp. requested a variance of §34- <br />100.8(k) to keep a real estate sign erected at the parking lot of Steak `n Shake at 8214 Olive near the <br />southwest corner of 81st Street and Olive advertising the sale of real estate in the Corvette Place <br />Subdivision located in the 8200 block of Swarthmore Court. The variance was denied by a vote of <br />4 (nay) to 1 (aye). <br />
