Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2374 - Rear yard variance for rear addition at 800 Oakbrook, Randy Karotev and <br />Elizabeth Lobos <br />This hearing was originally scheduled for the February 15, 1995 meeting but was continued to the <br />March 15, 1995 meeting because the applicants did not receive notice of the hearing. The March <br />15, 1995 meeting was continued to April 19, 1995 because a quorum could not be obtained. Randy <br />Karotev and Elizabeth Lobos requested a variance of §34-30.3(d) to construct a rear addition that <br />will encroach 17.5' into the required 30' rear yard at 800 Oakbrook. The variance was granted by a <br />vote of 5 to 0. <br />Case #2375 - Front yard variance for front addition at 760 Oakbrook, Richard and Marilyn <br />Brickson <br />This hearing was originally scheduled for the March 15, 1995 meeting but was continued to the April <br />19, 1995 meeting because a quorum could not be obtained. Richard and Marilyn Brickson requested <br />a variance of §34-30.3(b) to construct a front addition that will encroach 5' past the front building <br />line at 760 Oakbrook. The variance was granted by a vote of 5 to 0. <br />
