Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2376 - Appeal concerning signage at 8127 Olive, McDonald's Corp. represented by <br />Debra Hayden and Lee Chazen <br />This hearing was originally scheduled for the April 19, 1995 meeting but was continued to the May <br />17, 1995 meeting at the request of the appellants. McDonald's Corp. appealed the Zoning <br />Administrator's determination that the erection and display of two 24 square foot window logos <br />(totalling 48 square feet) located in the west windows on the north and south faces of the McDonald's <br />restaurant building located at 8127 Olive violates the University City Sign Code. The Zoning <br />Administrator's determination was affirmed by vote of 4 to 1; with four members voting that the <br />Zoning Administrator's determination should be "Affirmed" and one member voting that the Zoning <br />Administrator's determination should be "Affirmed (Reversed) in Part." <br />Case #2377 - Side yard variance for garage addition at 8165 Stanford, Bob and Marilyn <br />Raphael <br />Bob and Marilyn Raphael requested a variance of §34-30.3(b) to construct a garage addition that will <br />encroach 7' past the 15' required side yard building line setback at 8165 Stanford. The variance was <br />granted by a vote of 4 to 1. <br />
