Hill, Zoning Administrator <br />Case #2381 - Front yard variance for front porch enclosure at 1054 Wilshire, Clarence Jones <br />Mr. Clarence Jones represented by Dave Radin of Thomas Construction, requested a variance of <br />§34-30.3(b) of the University City Zoning Code to construct a front porch enclosure that would <br />encroach 4' over the 30' building line at 1054 Wilshire. The variance was denied by a vote of 3 to <br />deny to 2 to approve. <br />Case #2382 - Side yard variance for garage extension at 551 North & South, Manuel <br />Fernandez <br />Mr. Manuel Fernandez represented by Bob Stanley of Community Contractors, requested a variance <br />of §§ 34-30.3(c), 34-52.5(b) and 34-81.2 of the University City Zoning Code to construct a front <br />porch enclosure that will encroach 4' over the 30' building line at 1054 Wilshire.
