A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on July <br />17, 1996 in the Fourth Floor Meeting Room of City Hall. The meeting commenced at 7:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Members Present <br />Joseph M. Hill, Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Case #2383 - Parking variance for increase in bedrooms per unit at 717 Interdrive, <br />Parkview Gardens Association <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Giger representing Parkview Gardens Association, requested a variance of ~34- <br />33.3(c) and 34-81.2 of the University City Zoning Code to increase the number of bedrooms per <br />unit from 2 to 3 in a 3 family apartment building without increasing the parking spaces to the <br />required amount of 6 at 717 Interdrive. The variance was approved by a vote of 4 to 1. <br /> <br />Case #2384 - Side yard variances for garage at 7280 Lindell, Belle Meade Corporation <br /> <br />Mr. Kevin Chapman representing the Belle Meade Corporation, requested variances of ~~ 34- <br />30.3(b) and (c) of the University City Zoning Code to construct a garage that will encroach 10' <br />into the 15' required east side yard and encroach l' into 6' required west side yard at 7280 <br />Lindell. The variance was approved by a vote of 5 to O. <br /> <br />Case #2385 - Side yard variance for addition at 450 Melville, Dorris and Charles McManis <br /> <br />Mrs. and Mr. McManis represented by Catherine Enslin, Architect, requested a variance of ~34- <br />30.3(b) of the University City Zoning Code to build a house addition that will encroach 6' into <br />the 15' required side yard at 450 Melville.
